You must ensure that the correct Memorandum and Articles is selected through Legal documents and Officer Appointment’s to go with your company type. All three types of Limited by Guarantee require a bespoke objects clause.

There are three different types of Limited by Guarantee Companies that can be incorporated electronically through our system and they are as follows:

• Club / Association
• Charity
• Flat Management

The designated member often appoints us as Company Secretary to make sure everything is done on time. Many of our clients combine this service with our accounts and payroll service, as a complete service allows you to get on with running your business and leave the paperwork to us.
