Grants - Business Sense in Llansamlet

Grants available from the Business Centre Llansamlet Swansea:-

1. A Business Start Up Grant will enable applicants with eligible and viable new business proposals to obtain essential start up funding. Grants of up to 35% of the value of a business proposal would be offered, subject to a maximum grant of £5,000.

2. Website development grants available to new and existing businesses up to 60% of the cost of the website and associated items.

3. The ICT grant will offer SME’s the opportunity to purchase and implement new technological solutions into their businesses. This will enable local SME’s to reap the benefits of greater efficiency and competitiveness and will help with the development of new or improved products or services. The grant will contribute towards the cost associated with the purchase of hardware, software and/or network infrastructure costs incurred through the implementation of new ICT. Grants of up to 35% of eligible costs subject to a maximum of £5000 will be offered to viable business propositions.

4. A Business Expansion Grant will support businesses seeking to further develop their operations, investing in new systems and processes or exploiting new products and markets. Grants of up to 35% of eligible costs up to a maximum of £5,000 will be offered to eligible and viable business propositions.

5. A Marketing Grant will provide financial assistance to SME’s in marketing and other related areas. The grant can be used towards the costs of initiatives aimed at increasing market awareness and share. Grants of up to 35% of eligible costs to a maximum of £5,000 will be offered to viable business propositions.
